Course Objectives: 
To comprehend the fundamentals of commercial enterprise law and commercial papers law courses.
Course Content: 

Important notions of commercial enterprise course as consept of commercial enterprise, commercial enterprise turnovers, and pledge, notion of merchant, effects and consequences of being merchant, unfair competition, trademarks and definitions, elements, difference from ordinary bills regarding bill of exchange and pleas.

Course Methodology:
