Course Objectives:

Provide information as to the topics which fall into the scope of nationality law and law of foreigners; to evaluate all topics with doctrine and judgments in order to indicate the sources of legal problems and solutions for them in the framework of international treaties.

Course Content:

The course mainly includes two subjects, the first being citizenship law and the second being foreigners law

Course Methodology:
