Course Objectives: 
To examine Turkey’s constitutional structure in a scientific manner by covering terminology and institutions of turkish constitutional law in both theory and practice.
Course Content: 

The scope of this course is: Ottoman-turkish constitutional developments, constitutional principles of Turkish Republic, political parties, legislative-executive-judiciary power, criterion in the area of fundamental rights and freedoms, the variation of constitution. 

Course Methodology:
