Course Objectives: 
Analysing the theoretical and application problems of insurance law
Course Content: 

The definition, conclusion, duration and types of insurance contract, the provisions of the insurance contract, the obligations of the insurer, the obligations and the extent of insurance coverage, the termination of the contract and analysis of liability insurances.
