Course Objectives: 
The goal of this course is to present important concepts of law Turkish family law. The course will focus on the legal regulation and response to both adult and adult-child relationships.
Course Content: 

Engagement, marriage, marital rights, the expiration of the marriage, divorce, collateral kinship,lineal consanguinity, parentship, guardianship, law of property between husband and wife, lineage, adoption.

Course Methodology:
