Course Objectives: 
Explaining specific offences in criminal law
Course Content: 

Through a systematic analysis of divisions and subdivisions of the Criminal Code, firstly the general characteristics of offences under that division are examined, followed by an in-depth analysis of an offence as an example, through the examination of its material and mental elements, grounds of justification, attempt, concurrence of offences and complicity.

Course Methodology:
