Course Objectives:
The goal of this course is to present important concepts of Turkish law of property and by doing so, the students may gain critical thinking ability, the ability to analyze, understand, and evaluate an argument.
Course Content:
Essential principles of Law of Property and legal practice of Turkish Supreme Court of Cassation and all legislation regarding Law of Property.
