Course Objectives:
Explaining principles and rules of criminal procedure, especially for the investigation phase, by comparing the literature and practice.
Course Content:
Examining subjects such as, jurisdiction ratione materiae and ratione loci, exclusion and recusation of criminal judge, pronouncement and notification of criminal decisions, restitution in integrum, testimony of witnesses, expert, direct examination of evidence, minutes, search and seizures, arrest, detention, defence, evidence.
Course Methodology:
